A Future Forward Approach

KUR Research

We took a recognized name in clinical research that wanted a complete refresh and completely started from scratch with everything up for grabs, including the name. While the original company, Urgent Care Clinical Trials, was established, they were preparing to outgrow their branding and offering with the ultimate goal of providing end-to-end clinical care by acquiring several target businesses and having them all live under one roof. This roof was ours to create, as well as every sister and subsidiary company. KUR Research was the result of extensive market research and ideation. KUR - “Cure” with a German influence personifies a brand that is deeply inspired by a culture synonymous with meticulous attention to detail. They are transparent, direct, diligent, and reliable. Everything is always planned out and subsequently executed with precision, and all their work touches many lives. KUR is at the center of helping science safely progress forward. This idea inspired the creation of their new logo, showcasing a symmetrical, futuristic ripple effect. It also led to their new slogan: Making Progress Possible. The ripple effect brought an otherwise visually stale brand to life and has now been incorporated into all iconography, marketing materials, and has directed all sister company brand marks.
